Where do I collect my order for local pickup?

All local pickups must be collected from

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship in 1-3 days. However if a product is out of stock or a special order it can take up to 2 weeks. We will keep you updated with the progress of your order.

 

Is international shipping available ?

Yes we offer international shipping. Please email for a quote.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Please email us the order number and we will do our best to do this as quickly as possible

 

Is your packing eco friendly ?

We try to reuse as much packaging as we can and we endeavour  to use recyclable  packaging as much as possible

 

What if my order doesn’t arrive ?

What should I do if my order has arrived damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify it.

 

Do you ship the framed prints with glass?

Yes we ship glass with the framed prints on the smalll panoramic size. For larger framed prints please contact us. However we do ship prints without mounts in a tube ready for you to frame.
