I Love My Boat - Portsmouth - Art Print

This  painting was a sequel to “Something Fishy”. My husband thought he recognised the boat from my original Something Fishy painting as it was coming back into Portsmouth Harbour. He took a photo and exclaimed that I should now paint this as it had really deteriorated! So as part of my “All you need is love” exhibition I set to work. I figured that this fisherman loved his boat so much he just fixed it and patched it to keep it going. It was only when I started painting the registration number that I realised it was a different boat! I still love the fact that this boat is still out there catching fish!
